Dr. Hah currently accepts Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Sutter Health Plus, UBH (United Behavioral Health/US Behavioral Health), UHC (United Health Care), Optum, and UMR (United Medical Resources) insurances.*
Appointment rates for patients who do not have these insurances are listed below. For insurances we do not accept, we can provide superbills for possible reimbursement by your insurance.
